At CCA, our faculty and staff provide attentive care in a small classroom setting with an academically and spiritually enriching curriculum that will help draw out the best in your child.
Elementary Curriculum
Our core Elementary curriculum utilizes a combination of textbooks, biblical worldview integration, engaging activities, field trips, and other resources to engage students and nurture their development.
Here are some of the highlights:
Specialty Program: Spanish Immersion (Pre-K4 to 8th Grade)
Students may apply to enroll in the Spanish Immersion Program in Pre-K4 through 1st grade. They can then continue through 8th grade.
CCA partners with add.a.lingua, an organization that develops cutting edge instructional materials, teacher and administrator training, program guidelines, and community engagement focused on dual language immersion education.
Students will receive 100% of their academic instruction in Spanish, but Specials classes such as STEM, art, music, PE, computers, and drama will continue to be taught in English.
In 3rd grade, students will be taught one or more of their academic subjects in English to increase exposure to critical terminology and strategies in both languages.
