Creating a culture of athletic excellence
CCA students at our Fort Lauderdale campus have the opportunity to participate in our robust and diverse Athletics program, designed to further the school’s mission of discipling student-athletes through competitive individual and team sports.
The Stats:
- With over 45 teams spanned across 16 sports, student-athletes have the opportunity to be trained by a coaching staff who are committed to excellence and sportsmanship.
- 6th–12th grade students may participate in interscholastic teams.
- Elementary students may take part in after-school intramural programs.
- Our sports Summer Camp program is also available for athletes to continue their development.
- CCA is a member of the Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA).
Athletic Achievements:
🏈 Varsity Football Team: three consecutive district championship wins (2023, 2024, and 2025) — plus Southeastern Football Conference Champion in 2014 after completing a perfect 11-0 season
🏀 Varsity Boys Basketball Team: four state championship wins (2017, 2021, 2022, 2025, and 2026), plus a national championship in 2022
🏐 Girls Beach Volleyball Team: three consecutive state championships (2017, 2018, and 2019) — plus the first state championship in the history of the sport as a member of the Sunshine State Athletic Conference in 2017
⚾ Varsity Baseball Team: two state championship wins (2016 and 2018)
👟 Girls Track & Field Team: state championship win in 2012
